The Michelský Park Residence is located in Prague 4 and it falls within the cadastral territory of Michle, which is home to urban development ranging from basic types, including an industrial and business zone, all the way up to a modern commercially built suburb. A number of new residential projects have been built in the vicinity of the historical centre of Michle. The Nad Botičem project is located on the eastern side, along Tigridova Street, while the U Michelského Mlýna Residence is on the western side. The Michelský Park Residence seamlessly completes the entire historical centre of Michle. Its height levels, proportions and freely accessible parterre merge with the already-built facilities and connect the parterre of the historical centre. The goal was to construct flats, services and a new public park with a seamless connection to the existing surrounding development. The planned park will include an area for dog walking, a children’s playground and bays with benches so that the park can also be used for both relaxation and social contact with the inhabitants of the environs.
The residential facility will consist of five buildings with residential units on above-ground floors 1 -5 and a basement area on underground floors 1 -2, where there will be a garage for 178 private vehicles, 155 cellars and the technical facilities. The buildings will contain a total of 153 residential units and three commercial areas located on the 1st above-ground floor of the building marked A. The sizes of the units will range from 1 room + kitchenette to 4 rooms + kitchenette with utility areas, ranging from 28 m2 to 110 m2. The majority of the flats will have a terrace or a balcony.
The architectural and material solution is based on that of the surrounding structures. The residential facility begins with the building (A) along Michelská Street, which has been designed in a traditional shape, including a gabled roof, so that it fits naturally into the historical development in Michle. The other buildings (B, C, D and E) have been designed as residential buildings in an urban spirit with a park in semi-enclosed courtyards which merge into one another. The transition between the newly designed buildings and the existing historical Sue Ryder building has been resolved using a cascade to ensure a smooth height connection. The objective, and one of the most fundamental elements, was the creation of a symbiosis between the historical development and the new residential buildings.

City within the reach...
The attractive Prague borough of Michle has been chosen for this residential facility. It is easily accessible by car and public transport, which means that it has become a highly-sought-after area for housing, including among families with children. There are several schools, bus and tram stops and a Kaufland hypermarket nearby. A great advantage of the location of the Michelský Park Residence lies in the wide range of options for active relaxation. These especially include the forested Bohdalec hill, Tyršův vrch and also the popular sports facility near the Hamerský fishpond
The residential units are sold with standard fittings which have been subjected to great scrutiny by both the architect and ourselves. The standard naturally includes the floors, windows, doors, wall and floor tiling and sanitary ware. It is always necessary to keep quality in mind, especially in non-replaceable equipment. We have selected three-ply wooden flooring, triple-glazed windows, entry doors with Class 3 security, preparations for external blinds and a wide range of wall and floor tiling for the residential units in the Michelský Park Residence project. The project can boast an original façade combination with fine-grained plaster, structured plaster with a ridge and facing bricks.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nunc haec primum fortasse audientis servire debemus. Duo Reges: constructio interrete. Ne in odium veniam, si amicum destitero tueri. Videmus igitur ut conquiescere ne infantes quidem possint. Quod quidem iam fit etiam in Academia. Apparet statim, quae sint officia, quae actiones. Bonum valitudo: miser morbus.
Cur tantas regiones barbarorum pedibus obiit, tot maria transmisit? At ille pellit, qui permulcet sensum voluptate.
